Turnkey Solution of Biodiesel

● Trans esterification reaction was carried out in the treated raw material, methanol and catalyst in the reactor.

● After the reaction is completed, excess methanol is distilled off.

● The mother liquor is washed by static delamination and then washed, and the crude methyl ester was obtained by releasing water phase in static delamination.

● It is separated by thin film evaporation and molecular distillation system to produce biodiesel and vegetable pitch.
