In March, 2022. We are entrusted by the client to make the trials of the LCO Liquid Coconut Oil from the Crude Coconut Oil, RBD and VCO.
Before sending the samples to us. Client make the trial with Short Path Distillation Kit, the heating temperature is too high and the Trans-fatty Acids produce in the experiment. Besides that, the result of the LCO purity is only 44.9% and can’t improve more.
Is there any way to help our client to make it? "BOTH" Chief Engineer Dr. Chen offer the positive answers. After 1440 hours researching of the samples from Client, we success to get the high purity LCO, and the whole process without any wastes and pollution. (By-products are all with Economic Value)
After the samples finished, we returned to client to test the content.
The trials proved that, only with Short Path Distillation or rectification, it is impossible to get high purity LCO. The LCO we got is 84.97% purity and with ideal production line, it can reach 98%.
